Established in 1998, Guangzhou Baiyun Rhine Cosmetics Factory is a fully equipped cosmetics factory integrating R&D designing,production and sales, specializing in medium and high quality skin care products. With over 30 years experience in the cosmetics industry, our company owns a large R&D center with a professional team of 20+ engineers and 12+ advanced testing equipment in microbiological testing center and quality inspection center. There are 16+ production lines in our dust-free production workshop and a standardized modern warehouse of 2,000sq.m. All of our production conform to the standard of ISO22716 and GMP.

GMPC WORKSHOP

Emulsification workshop

The workshop area is more than 2000 square meters, 100,000 grade clean workshop, can produce baby products, eye products. Equipped with 18 sets of international advanced automatic emulsification equipment, RO-2T bipolar reverse osmosis pure water machine, the monthly output of more than 1500 tons.

Filling workshop

The workshop covers an area of more than 1000 square meters, equipped with 100,000 level automatic servo cream filling machine, automatic servo water filling machine, automatic bottle filling machine, automatic facial mask machine (12 heads), aluminum foil tube automatic tail sealing machine. The daily output of machine and automatic film powder filling machine is 300,000 PCS.

Packing workshop

The workshop covers an area of nearly 3,000 square meters, with four workshops, 16 automatic assembly lines. Equipped with a total of 78 sets of equipment, including American Vedejie brand inkjet printer, automatic labeling machine, automatic cigarette printer and box crossing machine, with a monthly output of more than 10 million PCS.

Microbiological

The workshop covers an area of more than 1000 square meters, providing sensory evaluation, microbial testing, physical and chemical testing, high/low temperature testing, PH testing, safety testing and efficacy evaluation.
